Surrounded by breathtaking nature, you can leave the stress of everyday life behind you and explore the diverse world of your inner self and contact with others.

BE Yourself stands for Breathworkand Exercise. You can expect an exciting mix of breathing exercises, mindfulness, movement in various intensities, workshops and much more.

Together we start with a slowed-down morning to start the day in a present state. Afterwards, you can expect a variety of exercises in small groups that promote contact with yourself and your fellow human beings.


A delicious brunch, a varied dinner and snacks and coffee await you every day.


Over the course of the day, we will work together to create a varied program of movement, breathing exercises and reflections as well as workshops on the topics of training and nutrition. There will also always be plenty of free time for you to spend as you wish:

You can relax by the pool and enjoy the sun, book individual massages or simply go out into nature.

This retreat offers a unique opportunity to focus on the essentials. Through physical exercises suitable for all levels, as well as mindfulness and breathing techniques, we direct our gaze inwards. Here we can leave the noise of the outside world behind us and learn to listen to our inner voice. In the midst of an inspiring environment, we offer you a protected space in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Strengthening asanas, meditations, self-reflection and creative elements accompany us on this path of inner discovery. You can feel how clarity and inner peace become your daily companions.

Who we are:


You will be accompanied by 3 experienced coaches: Nico is a qualified psychologist, nutritionist and founder of Athletik Stube. His wife Julia is a general practitioner and Ingmar is a sports scientist, personal trainer and breathwork facilitator.

From our many years of experience and work together, we have developed a holistic view of health that we would like to share with you this week.
