Start the day with relaxing SUP Yoga (Stand-Up Paddeling) on crystal clear water.

After an introduction to the basic techniques of stand-up paddling, you will paddle together into Likva Bay. Once there, the course begins with a simple yoga routine. That sounds difficult? Don't worry, the boards are really big - and already the first unit will convince even non-surfers of the opposite. Yoga on the paddleboard brings strength, balance and flexibility. Surrounded by pine forests and crystal clear water, SUP Yoga offers a perfect start into the new day.
