The Three Peaks are among the most famous mountain vistas in the Alps and are one of the main attractions of the Dolomites. These imposing rock towers in the Sesto Dolomites are part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site and are particularly famous for the breathtaking view of their renowned north face.

The starting point for the hike is the Auronzo mountain hut.

🚐 How to get there:

In summer, the Auronzo Mountain Hut can be reached via the toll road from Misurina. Alternatively, you can take the shuttle bus from Dobbiaco. The travel time from the Mountain Lodge Margit is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on traffic, reservations, and the toll road.

🥾 Classic hike:

The popular Tre Cime loop leads from the Auronzo Hut via the Lavaredo Hut, the Sella di Paterns, the Tre Cime Hut, and the Langalm back to the starting point. Allow about 4–5 hours for this loop hike.

⚠️ Good to know:

For the shuttle bus and parking, an online reservation is usually required during peak season. In addition, access may depend on weather conditions.
