Every Thursday, Elisabeth, the farmer’s wife from the Schildhof in Obergereuth, makes dumplings!

The owner of the Hofkaffee invites you to a dumpling-making class and shares tips and tricks to ensure this classic South Tyrolean vacation dish turns out just right. We’ll find out if they taste good when we eat them together. Together with the farmer’s wife from the Obergereuthhof in St. Martin, we’ll bake crispy loaves of bread using bread spices and the farm’s own grain. While the dough rises and rests, there’s a farm tour that includes a visit to the grain mill dating back to 1831. While the bread bakes, everyone enjoys lunch together. You can take the loaves and three recipes home with you.
