Explorer Tour with National Park Ranger

With the National Park Ranger on an exciting journey of discovery through four climate zones: From the valley directly in the village of Kaprun via the new 3K K-onnection to TOP OF SALZBURG at over 3,000 meters into the world of glaciers. A natural experience for the whole family with cable car rides and short hikes.

How is glacier ice formed, where are golden eagles and bearded vultures at home, what survival strategies do edelweiss and saxifrage develop - you will learn all this and much more on your journey with four cable cars up to over 3,000 meters and easy hikes. The highlight is the panoramic ride on the new 3K K-onnection from the Maiskogel to the Kitzsteinhorn. Finally, a visit to Gipfelwelt 3000 including the National Park Gallery awaits.

At 13:00, the tour continues with a possible follow-up tour through the National Park Gallery, a 360m-long information tunnel about high alpine natural phenomena, which leads to the "National Park Gallery" viewing platform.
