Aldiana Mini Chefs: Smoked Salmon Tartare with Cucumber Carpaccio
In the morning, the mini chefs will prepare a special breakfast surprise! Together with our guest chef Markus Backwinkel, they’ll create a delicious smoked salmon tartare with fresh cucumber carpaccio. You’ll get to combine ingredients, arrange them creatively, and learn simple recipe ideas—all to ensure a delightful start to the day for our club guests.
Who’s it for? Children ages 5 to 10
Cost: Free, but advance registration is required
Optional: Flosse Cap & Mini Chef’s Apron for €22
Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothes that can handle a stain or two—or just go ahead and choose our apron :-)
It’s best to tie back long hair beforehand—then the kitchen fun can begin!
