Dreiländer Eck

The border triangle is a special excursion destination, as Austria, Italy and Slovenia meet directly here. The mountain is located in the Karawanken and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Julian Alps, the Dobratsch and many Carinthian lakes.

The 3-seater chairlift takes you comfortably from the valley station up to the mountain station at around 1,469 m above sea level. From there, a short hike leads to the summit, where the three countries meet - a popular photo spot and a lovely destination for a leisurely excursion.

A panoramic mountain restaurant, a hut for a leisurely snack and a themed trail with several adventure stations for families also await at the top of the mountain.

🕒 Summer operation from 14 May to the beginning of October

❄️ Winter: Skiing mostly from December to March with several slopes and lifts.

💡 Tip: With the Kärnten Card, the ascent and descent is free once a day - ideal for a relaxing half-day trip with a great panorama.
