SAP Parkplatz, Dornierstraße 3

Steibensteg 10, Markdorf
Get out into the fresh air - springy, elastic and lively during your lunch break! This offer doesn't make us sweat and is therefore also easy to do in everyday clothes.
Learn the basics of fascia walking to keep your structures healthy in the long term when walking, hiking and walking.
In addition, the three most important technical features of slow jogging are introduced - probably the easiest and most pleasant way of walking. The special technique is easy on the joints, the pace is always in the feel-good range and puts you in a measurably good mood. Even top athletes train up to 80% of their workload using this technique!
Tip: this offer is ideal if you are just starting out with running or have been running for a long time, as it gives you valuable basic tips to question your technique and give you new impetus.
