Canederli stem from a simple yet clever idea: using leftover bread to create a delicious dish.
In this workshop, we’ll get our hands dirty together. Our chef will teach you the techniques and little secrets of the traditional recipe, from kneading the dough to cooking.
At the end, you’ll take home the satisfaction of having prepared a traditional dish with your own hands.
