Hochglocker summit hike

A leisurely hike on well-maintained forest paths with wonderful views over the Salzach Valley:

There are approx. 350 meters of altitude to conquer on well-signposted forest paths until you can rest at the summit of the Hochglocker with a wonderful view of the mountains around the northern Salzburger Land.

An ideal starting point is the Kinderalm parking lot - the silent monastery of the Sisters of Bethlehem - at an altitude of more than 1,200 meters. After that, it is only about 1 hour's walk to the summit.
