Rescher Alm

The Rescher Alm is one of the most beautiful alpine huts in the region. The warm and welcoming hosts treat their guests to homemade regional specialties daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Option 1

210 meters elevation gain | 3 kilometers (one way)

The hike to the alpine hut begins at the Rescher Alm parking lot (see below). To reach the parking lot, simply continue along the road from the ski area’s valley station for about 4 kilometers; the parking lot is then on the right-hand side of the road.

From here, follow Trail No. 5 for about an hour to the Rescher Alm at 2,000 m. The hike to the alp follows a forest trail and is easily manageable even with a stroller.

Option 2

470 meters elevation gain | 3.5 kilometers (one way)

The hike to the alp begins in the village of Reschen. From the old town of Reschen, follow trail marker No. 3 to the Rescher Alm along the bike path, passing the Mühlanderhof, until you reach the intersection with Trail No. 5. The descent can be made via the same route or via Trail No. 3B / 3 through the Tendreshof.
