The Spieljoch mountain massif was a center of mining hundreds of years ago, where ores, quartz and even precious metals were mined. Let yourself be fascinated by a unique history of Tyrolean mining in the excellently preserved mining gallery.
You can reach the show mine from the mountain station with a breathtaking panorama via the Knappensteig in about 30-40 minutes. The tour of the show mine is only possible with our certified mining guide, who will tell you everything you need to know about 400 years of mining history.
After the tour, your children can participate in crystal digging at the mountain station (50% discount) and also take home their own crystal souvenir!
