Start the day in a powerful and relaxed way with Sunrise Yoga.
Whether beginner or advanced, "JO "ga is suitable for anyone who would like to get to know yoga or has already integrated it into their everyday life.
No previous experience necessary.
The yoga classes are based on Hatha yoga, asanas (physical exercises) and pranayamas (breathing exercises) are taught and simple meditations are guided.
