Theoretical and practical introduction in the climbing garden - basic techniques of climbing in ascent and descent - rope knowledge - belaying on via ferrata - abseiling - belaystation construction etc. - ascent of a short via ferrata or climbing tour.

The programme can of course be extended and intensified over several days.
