Experience the perfect combination of movement and mindfulness! Our
guided yoga hike starts at the Waldstrand Hotel in Trixi Park in Großschönau
and takes you through the beautiful landscape of the Zittau Mountains -
past breathtaking viewpoints, a hidden forest lake
and sunny clearings.
During the tour, we pause again and again for yoga sessions with
stretching, strengthening, balance and breathing exercises - in the middle of
nature.
