Pavel takes you on a Nordic walking tour through the Oberstdorf meadows—and shows you the ALFA technique along the way: Upright posture, Long arms, Flat poles, and Adjusted stride length. It sounds technical, but after a few minutes it feels completely natural. About 45 minutes of pure walking time, a gentle full-body workout, suitable for beginners and advanced walkers alike.
