The sun glistens on the water, the crisp morning air invigorates your senses, and you begin your day in perfect harmony—accompanied by the gentle sound of the waves.
Yoga instructor Gaby mindfully guides you through a flowing Hatha yoga style that focuses on conscious breathing, meditation, and the sound of healing mantras.
The group is intentionally kept small—with a maximum of six participants—and a yoga mat and a block are provided for each person.
