Our goat farm cheese dairy
We pay special attention to our Valais black-necked goats. With their black and white coats, they are a real eye-catcher. But they are not just pretty to look at, they also provide us with some of the milk for our goat's milk products. The brown goats not only complement our herd in terms of color variety. Their calm disposition brings the necessary tranquillity to our goat herd.
Fresh milk, fine yogurt and tasty cheese
All this is produced in our goat farm cheese dairy, at 1400m, in Eggen. Our goat girls supply us with fresh milk every day, which is processed three times a week. Our show dairy gives an insight into the production of our goat's cheese. From March to September, young and old alike can watch and help make cheese from our goat's milk. Afterwards, our products are tasted together.
