I am a physiotherapist and was able to live out and get to know my passion for movement in the form of dance, martial arts and acrobatics in all its forms and now add it to my profession. In 2011, I had the opportunity to dance with the Horizon artistic and dance company on building facades and indoors. This gave rise to my love of flying, hanging and swinging. At the same time, I turned my hobby yoga into a profession - as a yoga teacher. I completed a 500-hour training course at the Vinyasa Yoga Academy and a YinYoga training course with Tanja Seehofer. Since my teacher training at DANA in 2014, I have been teaching aerial yoga in all its versatility. My passion is rooted in yoga, but with aerial yoga I have found my calling. I have been offering SUP Yoga at MobiPark Laupheim for 3 years and am already looking forward to great moments with you on the SUP board this summer!
