Florian Neubauer runs the After Seven with a lot of passion. Within a short period of time he advanced to become the youngest 2-star chef in Europe. When the After Seven opens its doors in winter, Zermatt becomes the place where the farsighted and humorous Jerichower works. Neubauer's culinary training in the Black Forest was followed by culinary expeditions to half the world. Starred chefs such as Heston Blumenthal in London or Tim Raue in Berlin were only a small part of it. But he also cooked and learned to cook in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. In the summer months he still goes on extensive travels, always in search of new raw products, markets and techniques. In winter, he then processes the souvenirs into a unique culinary experience in Zermatt.
