Rita Battisti, Dipl. TCM Nutrition Expert, Dipl. Shiatsu Practitioner, Yoga Teacher and Mom of 2 wonderful daughters, lives with her husband and family in Vienna. She runs a postpartum service and cooks for young mothers after the birth of their babies. TCM has inspired her for many years. The wisdom of Chinese medicine and the connections between nutrition, health and well-being are her great passion. Together with her husband, she enjoys sports and loves being in nature. You can find her regularly on the yoga mat, and just as regularly on the couch with a good movie, or a good series.
