Over 25 years as a yoga trainer have shaped my passion for understanding the body and mind. Ongoing training in yoga has created a depth of awareness that has had a profound impact on my life. Training in Spiral Dynamics gave me clarity about coordinated movement and its effect on the mind. I teach people with attention to detail, a kind of "driver's license" for their own bodies. Through yoga exercises that are coordinated and anatomically sensible and always work together with conscious breathing, the body's own intelligence is reawakened. Anja has been offering yoga retreats and meditation courses lasting several days at the Belchenhotel for years. The courses, which book up quickly, are real highlights in the Belchenhotel's annual calendar. We are always delighted to welcome Anja and her course participants and to provide the backdrop for her special retreats.
