"The best feedback at the end of a yoga class is the relaxed and relaxed look on the participants' faces," says Lea The aim of Lea's classes is to take a break from everyday life, to perceive and feel your own body and let go of your thoughts; a balance of yin (cooling) and yang (warming). Lea had her first contact with yoga many years ago, at that time more in the sense of a sporting activity. It wasn't until around 15 years later that she began to discover yoga from other angles. This led her to complete a 200-hour vinyasa and yin yoga teacher training course in Bali in the fall of 2023. Her love of the mountains has ensured that Lea not only passes on her passion in her classes in Olten, but also at the Hotel Arnica in the beautiful Engadine.
