NASYA - cleansing & regeneration of the nasal mucosa
This is a cleansing treatment via the nose and is an integral part of Ayurvedic therapy. Nasya improves blood circulation, promotes the flow of mucus and thus a deep cleansing of the entire head, neck and shoulder area and leads to the removal of ama (the "waste" in the tissues).
