Ingredients
- 215 g quark
- 1 egg
- 30 g sugar
- vanilla sugar
- a splash of rum
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g breadcrumbs
- 10 g melted butter
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes. Then stir well once more. Use an ice cream scoop to form even-sized balls and shape them into rounds with damp hands. Cook the dumplings in lightly salted, boiling water until they float to the surface.
