Departure day

As we need enough time for cleaning, we ask you to leave your accommodation by 9.30 am. Thank you for your understanding. Please do not forget to vacate the parking lot and return the key to the Bergkultur GmbH office

(Voa Sporz 1, 7078 Lenzerheide).

If you would like to give our cleaning staff a special treat, you are welcome to support them with a few small gifts on the day of departure:

- You are welcome to take off the bed linen and put it in a pile together with the towels.

- Please put the dishes, cutlery, pots and pans back in the cupboards in a clean state.

- Please leave the oven and fridge empty.

- Please dispose of all garbage in the designated waste disposal station.

- Please understand that we will have to charge you if there is still a lot of dirt or garbage on your departure.

Should something break, an electrical appliance no longer work or any other damage occur, please let us know immediately.
