Good morning yoga: start your day with fresh energy!

With a harmonious mix of breathing exercises, flowing movements and a concluding gong meditation, we gently wake up our bodies and boost our energy for the day.

No previous experience is required, everyone is welcome.

About Iva Rohlik

Iva is looking forward to starting spring with you in a positive way. By connecting body and mind, we increase our well-being and lead a healthier and, above all, happier life.

Iva was a solo dancer with the Vienna State Opera Ballet and the Hamburg Ballet John Neumeier. Building on this, she has been teaching various forms of mindful movement for many years, including yoga, dance, Lu Jong, energy medicine, Taiji and Pilates. In her classes, she shares the amazing benefits of integrating movement and sound into our daily lives and creating a dialog between our physical and spiritual selves.

As a certified sound healer and gong master, Iva likes to end her classes with the gong, whose vibrations allow us to feel our natural frequency and bring our physical, mental and emotional levels back into a harmonious flow.

Iva's energizing exercises can all be taken into everyday life and help to strengthen and positively align yourself anytime, anywhere.
