Strudel festival Mittersill

Lebzelter Gasse and Hintergasse will be transformed

back into strudel alleys on September 6, 2026, starting at 11:00 a.m. .

In addition to the well-known and beloved apple and quark strudels,

the restaurateurs will also offer original creations of their own and present

traditional home-style cooking in a variety of forms.

Visitors can look forward to over 30 different types of strudel.

For our younger guests, there’s a fun children’s program.

The festival will feature live music.
