From single-variety brandies to barrel-aged brandies and fine liqueurs, we at Hofbrennerei Ebner have been creating products made exclusively from local fruit with passion for years. This fruit is carefully selected, sorted, cleaned, mashed and finally distilled to the finest quality. Our fine brandies have already won several awards. A testimony to our passion for distilling and the highest quality. As we produce our brandies with local fruit and certain types of fruit are only available for a certain period of the year, our list of available brandies is not always the same.
