Just 10 minutes away, in the picturesque Kirnitzschtal valley, the Bad Schandau Botanical Garden invites you on a journey of discovery through the flora of Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland. In addition to native species, you will also find plants from Lusatia, the Ore Mountains, the Alps, Asia and North America.
Explore the typical plant communities of the shady rocky gorges and sunny basalt hills. The garden is open daily from March to October from 09:00 to 19:00 and admission is just €2.50. There are also exciting guided tours on Thursdays that give you a deeper insight into this fascinating plant world. A must for nature lovers and plant enthusiasts!
