This week is all about you and your well-being: we practice powerful & strengthening Vinyasa Yoga and relax & stretch in calm Yin Yoga.
We allow ourselves to reach our limits in the practice, which we recognize, accept and embrace in order to let go and move on a bit.
In flowing Vinyasa Yoga we get in touch with ourselves in body and mind and find clarity in our thoughts.
By holding longer in Yin Yoga, we show our body and mind that it is ok to let go sometimes.
