Yin Yoga & Sound
Once a month on Saturdays, a Yin Yoga class with gentle sounds for beginners and advanced practitioners of all ages takes place in our beautiful yoga studio.
As a yoga & sound therapist, I invite you to immerse yourself in a space surrounded by nature, with gentle sounds and lots of peace. Gentle stretches and sounds that get under your skin.
Let go. Feel. Be.
In each Yin Yoga class, we connect with an element, e.g. wood, water, based on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine).
