Flow & Reset Yoga Retreat October 30 – November 1, 2026

Due to high demand, there will be an additional “Flow & Reset” yoga retreat with Nicola in 2026. Look forward to a special yoga and #metime weekend in the Rhön featuring Vinyasa yoga, pranayama, meditation, Inside Flow, and aroma yoga. You can expect a small, intimate group with a maximum of 16 participants, plenty of movement, relaxation, and renewed energy for both body and mind. New this year is the extended retreat from Thursday through Sunday—alternatively, you can also participate from Friday through Sunday. The retreat is suitable for all yoga levels and is now open for booking.
