Alpine hike with Christian from the Straniger Alm to the Zollnersee lake

Varied hike across green alpine meadows and a non-exposed ridge. On the way you pass an old position from the mountain war.

The ascent meters are already covered on the first half of the hike. At the Findenigkofel the highest point of the hike is reached and it tends to go only downhill. You hike along the ridge that is never exposed, but still requires surefootedness and has a great view of the valleys and towering mountains behind. The path follows pretty much the border between Italy and Austria and so you will find along the way also relics of the mountain war.
