In the historic rooms with their distinctive architecture, the kitchen team combines traditional Austrian dishes with contemporary cuisine, giving preference to products from local farmers in the region. The Brauhaus places great emphasis on freshness, quality, and authentic flavor. We especially recommend the house-brewed beer, which is brewed right on site and pairs perfectly with the regional specialties.
