The retreat will focus on coordination, balance and understanding body movement and energy. You will gain deep insights into Animal Flow and Flow Patterns.
Look forward to spending 5 days in a small group with like-minded people who are motivated to work on their physical and mental skills.
Beginners are welcome, but you should have an athletic background. It is an advantage if you are already practicing disciplines such as yoga or Pilates.
In addition to the classes, you will have plenty of time to interact with Theo and the other participants. The daily schedule offers plenty of time for self-care, retreat and relaxation.
