6 Lakes Hike

Participation in the hike is possible without registration, registration is only required for the bus seat (limited seats).

At 1,650m, the Tauplitzalm is the highest lake plateau in Central Europe. The 6-lake hike, of which we will encounter 6 lakes, leads to the highest lake plateau in the Northern Limestone Alps.

We take an 8-seater bus (from 9 people with your own car) on a well-maintained asphalt serpentine road to the Tauplitzalm (1650m). From there, we walk on the plateau along paths off the beaten track.

Several serviced huts offer refreshment stops with wonderful views.
