What's in the nest

Our chicken ladies love to be visited, they are already eagerly waiting for a leaf of lettuce or, even better, grains and their fresh water.

Checking the nest to see if they have been busy and laid an egg for us.

What could be nicer than looking into the shining, happy eyes of children when they pick up their breakfast egg from the nest.
