Kinesiology

Health problems are caused by the weakness of certain muscle groups. Our muscles therefore serve as the body's own feedback system (biofeedback). Our naturopath uses muscle testing to identify energy blockages that affect our well-being. He uses kinesiology to test what is good for you and your body. The results show which massage or therapy you need to restore your body-mind-spirit balance.

Kinesiological balance is both diagnosis and therapy.
