Yoga on the Farm - Thu

End the day in a relaxed, evening atmosphere, in complete harmony with your body and the surrounding nature.

Yoga instructor Gaby will mindfully guide you through a flowing Hatha yoga style that focuses on conscious breathing, meditation, and the sound of healing mantras.

The group is intentionally kept small—with a maximum of six participants—and a yoga mat and a block are provided for each person.

The meeting point is in front of the Mini-Kids Club. Depending on the weather, Gaby will take you out to the lawn or into our yoga room.
