Baking herb bread

Go in search of small wild herbs and their flowers, which you can later place on your home-baked bread. You can get really creative and conjure up edible works of art. Herbal medicine practitioner Theresa Sommerbichler (Naturesa) will support you in your search for wild herbs and the subsequent bread baking and will have some delicious herbal delicacies for you to sample. A culinary morning - all about cooking with wild herbs!

Dates: from July 22 to August 30, 2024, every Wednesday

Registration: Participation only possible with registration by 18:00 the day before. When booking, please note the age of the child/children and the name of your accommodation. Online booking is open from Saturday for the program items of the coming week.

Meeting point: Wednesday, 10.00 am, at the Zederberghof

Duration: 2 hours

Age: for children aged 5 and over (one accompanying adult per child or group of children)

Equipment: hiking clothing (incl. rain and sun protection), sturdy shoes, rucksack and drinks

Participants: min. 2, max. 10 people
