Uschlaingias Farm in Lavin with Jürg Wirth

For more than 20 years, Jürg Wirth has been running the Uschlaingias farm in Lavin according to Demeter guidelines. He raises Rhaetian Gray cattle and Heidschnucken sheep, makes his own cheese, and sells all his products directly.

On September 3, he will give a tour of the farm, explain his philosophy, showcase the cheese dairy, and, to wrap things up, serve samples of his own products while happily chatting with guests.
