You can expect five days full of yoga flows that bring you out of your mind and into your body, slower practices that allow you to perceive what is and let go of what can go, and one or two specials on inversions, mindfulness practice and pranayama.
The eight yoga practices are divided into a dynamic, invigorating and flowing morning practice that lets us start the day full of energy and an evening practice that helps us end the day with a gentler yoga session.
Apart from the practice, you can expect delicious and nutritious food, lots of fun, an incredibly great group and plenty of time for yourself. We are very happy to invite you into our world of yoga.
