Medical Team

Your health is very important to us.

To ensure you don’t have to go without reliable medical care and treatment even while on vacation, our club doctor is available to you daily at the Guest Clinic.

Guest Clinic hours:

9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Our nurses are available around the clock on the club grounds. For emergencies outside the doctor’s regular office hours, a 24-hour emergency service is available through the front desk (speed dial 0), and the doctor will arrive on site within 10 minutes of being notified.

Check-out

On the day of departure, your room is available until 11:00 a.m. To avoid long wait times and crowds at the front desk, you are welcome to settle your bill the evening before. We ask that you pay by card whenever possible.

Club Card

Please carry your Club Card with you at all times. It serves as your means of payment within the resort, as your room key, as a door opener at the beach entrances, and identifies you as an Aldiana guest at the Aldiana Club. Please make sure not to keep your club card together with your cell phone to prevent the card from losing its charge. The card remains active until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Club Tour

You can find out the start time and meeting point for the next club tour at check-in or by asking the entertainment team. If you’re not yet familiar with the resort, we highly recommend participating. During the tour, you’ll not only get to know the resort but also receive all the information about the full range of services and amenities. It would be a shame if, at the end of your vacation, you realized just how many more activities and experiences you could have enjoyed.

#connectfriends

In a world that’s becoming increasingly digital, hectic, and demanding, time is the new currency. It’s important to make new connections, reconnect with others, relax, and create genuine, shared moments.

Every Tuesday and Saturday at 6:45 p.m., the #connectfriends get-together takes place (the meeting spot is listed in the daily newsletter).

Meet new people there, chat, and have a great time.

Dress Code

At Aldiana Club Naga Bay, you help set the atmosphere of the club. We kindly ask that you dress appropriately in the restaurant, especially in the evening. Please understand that athletic wear and swimwear are not permitted in the restaurant areas. Thank you very much!

For Our Environment

Well-maintained gardens, modern and efficient water, energy, and waste management systems, recycling, and the use of local products from organic farming or fishing—these are just a few examples of the programs we implement at Aldiana Club Naga Bay to ensure our club is and remains beautifully clean in every way. It’s a good start, because one thing is clear: only when everyone pitches in can we make a real difference. ​

Guest Relations

The Guest Relations Team is your expert point of contact for all requests, questions, and suggestions regarding your stay. You’ll find them next to the front desk.

Luggage Service

Please make sure your luggage is unloaded upon arrival at the Aldiana Club. At check-in, you’ll receive tags with your room number; please attach these to your luggage. Your luggage will then be delivered to your room as soon as possible. ​

Tour Guide

The Aldiana Club Naga Bay has a DER Touristik tour guide who is available to assist our guests with any questions or requests. For our package tour guests, this also includes assistance upon arrival at the destination airport and later upon departure for home. You can also book excursions on site.

Safe

Please keep all your valuables in the safe; this is the only way they are insured. Use of the safe is free of charge.

Swimming School

With our licensed swimming instructors, your children can learn to swim and earn the “Seepferdchen” certificate upon request. It’s also possible to earn the German Bronze, Silver, and Gold swimming badges by individual arrangement. We offer swimming lessons for children ages 4 and up. Adults can also refine their technique or learn a new swimming style if desired.

Safety

Be sure to close all windows and doors when leaving your room! Always keep valuables in the safe. Please note that all valuables must be stored in the safe; otherwise, there is no insurance coverage against theft.

Beach Chairs

All beach chairs on the resort grounds and at the beach are free of charge.

Transfer

The transfer to the club takes about 45 minutes. Please take all your carry-on luggage with you when you get off the bus.

Brita Water Station

At each of our bars, you’ll find a Brita water station where you can refill your water bottle with filtered water.

Wi-Fi

You can log in to our network throughout the entire resort.

Room Cleaning

Your room has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for you. Rooms are cleaned daily.

Room Upgrade

Would you like a larger room or to enjoy a stay in one of our suites or swim-up suites? Our front desk will be happy to provide you with information on availability and additional charges for upgrades.
