Old quarry – Unique atmosphere – Magical ambiance

A very special Christmas market takes place in Hauzenberg, Bavaria. Set in the unique atmosphere of an old quarry, the Granite Christmas is celebrated here. The Stoabruch Christmas Market awaits you. On offer are handicrafts from the Bavarian Forest, the Mühlviertel, and South Bohemia, as well as special gifts made of stone, wood, glass, linen, wool, straw, and wax. Demonstrations of traditional craft techniques are particularly popular. To satisfy your appetite, there are culinary specialties from our tri-border region. The Granite Christmas is rounded out with a movie screening on the rock face and the illuminated quarry.

Meeting point: Reception

Departure: 2:00 p.m.; return to the hotel at 5:00 p.m. (arrival approx. 6:00 p.m.)
