In yoga philosophy, it is said that if you can control your breathing, you can also control your mind. In the Pranayama class, various breathing techniques are learned and practiced. Individual breathing exercises are selected and practiced from the following.

- Yogic Breathing: Sectional Yogic Breathing and Full Yogic Breathing: energizing, stress-reducing, calming, strengthens the lungs, improves sleep quality, positive for mindfulness, better oxygen supply

- Naddhi Suddhi Pranayama: The "Nadi Shudhi" Pranayama technique is a balancing breathing technique that creates a balance in body and mind. The aim is to achieve a balance between passive and active energy/Yin and Yang. - Brahmari Pranayama: Creating a meditative state, stress reduction, against insomnia, calming, reduces anger and anxiety, regulates blood pressure

- Kapalabhati: Cleansing of the lungs, massage of the internal organs, good for digestion, creates a glow in the face, creates balance in the nervous system, stress reduction, positive effect on insomnia

- Cooling Pranayama: breathing techniques that cool and relax the body
