In the evening, we offer seasonal dishes made from our own farm produce, which naturally taste of South Tyrol. And always a little bit of the wider world. The trademark of the Muga-Claudia cuisine, however, is the extravagant presentation of the dishes. Asparagus, bacon and co. are sometimes served in grandma's preserving jars, in rustic wooden drawers, on tree bark and stone slabs.
