A mountain tour with a summit experience! Ascent from the Frommeralm with the König Laurin I+II cable car to the Kölner Hut, where our mountain tour begins. The ascent from the Hirzelsteig to the Vajolon Pass (2,560 m) is steep but relatively short. A short iron ladder helps us to overcome a rock. But then the feeling of standing on the summit of the Vajolonköpfl (2,646 m) is uplifting! The descent is to the Rotwand hut and down to the Karerpass and the Hotel Alpenrose.
