On Wednesdays, our farm becomes a special meeting place: that's when the food truck from Hofbäckerei Fehmarn rolls up - full of freshly baked delicacies and the unmistakable smell of tradition and craftsmanship.

It stops right in front of the farm sign - where the view over the fields disappears and the taste of real ingredients begins. The warm aroma of butter, yeast and love spreads as soon as you open the door - a foretaste of what awaits you.

Our warmest recommendation: Be sure to try the butter cake - golden brown on the outside, tender and moist on the inside, with crispy butter flakes and a hint of childhood memories.
