"Önsche Walser Chuche" represents the core or rather the goal of a newly formed association of Walser Köchen. the goal of a newly formed association of Walser chefs to implement the culinary heritage of the Walser people with regional products in a contemporary and innovative way and to make it tangible for the palate.
A culinary highlight of this association this summer are the visits by different chefs to the Walser weekly market on selected dates.
